What happens when you ask TPDers to pick their favorite department? 🤔
Let's just say... the results were surprising! 😆
We took a walk around the office to hear from our team, and the answers ranged from expected favorites to a few that caught us completely off guard.
Watch along and see if your department earned bragging rights! 🎉

Learning, teamwork, and a little stress-smashing! 💥🎨
On September 24th, our Operations Department came together for our annual Operations Training Day, bringing teammates from Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Facilities, Accounting, and MIS together for a day of growth, collaboration, and connection. After a productive morning of learning, the team headed to iSmash in Phoenixville, PA for some well-earned fun and stress relief. From smash rooms to splatter painting, employees stepped outside their usual routines, strengthened communication skills, and built stronger relationships through teamwork and plenty of laughs.
We're proud to invest in our people and create opportunities that encourage both professional growth and meaningful connections. A big thank you goes out to everyone who helped make this year's Operations Training Day such a success! 👏

✨ Congrats to our very own, Kerry Kalinoski, who was recognized by the Philadelphia Eagles in September as a member of their NFL/NFHS Officiating Crew of the Month! This a program that recognizes the dedicated officials in the Philadelphia region who contribute their time and talents to keep high school football programs running in association with the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletics Association (PIAA). This is only the second crew in history honored by an NFL team - the first coming last season by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The PIAA also made a special shout out to Kerry in their press release, noting that Kerry is the first female official recognized by Pennsylvania through this initiative and the first female to work a PIAA Football Championship game. That is one awesome way to put TPD's flex time to good use! 🏈 Photo by Scip's Photography.

🚶 October is National Pedestrian Safety Month! 🚶‍♀️
We all have a role to play in keeping our roads and communities safe - as pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. In 2024, 7,080 pedestrians were killed and an estimated 71,635 were injured in traffic crashes nationwide. On average, a pedestrian was killed every 74 minutes and injured every 7 minutes. [USDOT]
This , we remind drivers to help protect people walking by:
🚗 Following the speed limit, especially near schools and in neighborhoods.
👀 Staying alert for pedestrians everywhere, particularly in hard-to-see conditions. In 2024, 76% of pedestrian fatalities occurred in the dark.
🛑 Always stopping for pedestrians in crosswalks.
⚠️ Never passing a vehicle stopped at a crosswalk, since someone may be crossing outside your view.
🔑 Always driving sober.

Walking helps create healthier, more connected communities. This October, let’s look out for one another and do our part to make every trip a safer one.

Happy National Coffee Day from TPD! ☕🤎
Around here, coffee is more than just an afternoon pick-me-up. It’s a reason to step away from our desks, catch up with coworkers, share a few laughs, and recharge together. That’s exactly what TPD’s Afternoon Coffee Club is all about! In honor of National Coffee Day, we’re spilling the beans on how the club got started and sharing some fun questions with our Coffee Club members. From favorite coffee orders to their hypothetical coffee dates, get to know the TPDers behind the mugs! ☕✨ Here’s to good coffee, great company, and cozy afternoon coffee breaks. Happy National Coffee Day!

🤔 There’s no such thing as a stupid question… but we certainly tried. 😂
In honor of Ask a Stupid Question Day, we put TPDers on the spot with some completely random, totally unnecessary, and wonderfully stupid questions. The answers? Even better than the questions. 🤪 Happy Ask a Stupid Question Day from TPD! 🎉❓

Giving back and getting our hands a little dirty! 🌱🙌

On August 6th, TPD’s Pittsburgh, PA team partnered with our client, Friends of the Riverfront, for a volunteer trail care event along the Marshall-Shadeland segment of Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Heritage Trail!

Our crew helped restore a native pollinator garden, maintain trees and vegetation, clear brush, and collect litter, all in support of keeping the region’s trails safe, clean, and accessible. 🌼🌳

We loved spending the day outdoors, giving back to the community, and strengthening our partnership with Friends of the Riverfront. 💚
