Reading Anthracite Company has an immediate opening for a full time payroll clerk and benefits administrator. Duties will include providing support in processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls and administration of employee benefits. Candidate should be proficient in using Excel and Word. General accounting experience is a plus.

Duties will include providing support in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll as well as general clerical work. Candidate should be proficient in using Excel and Word. General accounting experience is a plus.

ANTHRACITE PREPARATION PLANT OPERATOR
SCHEDULED WORK HOURS 8.5 hours 2:30pm to 10:30 pm, five days per week.
The applicant must complete an employment application and job interview.
The applicant must also complete a physical and medical examination.
When hired the employee must complete the mine health and safety training. (MSHA).
The employee will receive on the job JSA training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of basic computer skills.
• Must have some work experience related to coal/quarry and plant machinery work.
• A complete understanding (mechanical aptitude) of working with hand tools/nuts and bolts.
• Must be able to perform physical and flexible mobility.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Start-up and shut-down the processing plant.
• Make necessary process adjustments, meeting quality and production requirements.
• Daily plant walk-through inspections for troubleshooting maintenance and quality
requirements.
• Help with any minor/major plant maintenance work.
• Make sure the plant is ready for the next shift.
• Complete production reports.

Heavy equipment mechanics keep the machinery operating effectively. They assemble, inspect, install and test new pieces of equipment to ensure proficiency. Mechanics are expected to perform emergency repairs, which necessitates the ability to troubleshoot promptly. Preventive maintenance needs to be performed frequently.
