The first being the installation of community mailboxes for a neighborhood in Silverdale, and the second involving the setup of the power pole we picked up a couple of weeks ago. Nexus Electric Inc. is scheduled to finalize install next week.

Over the past couple weeks, our crew has been tasked with demolishing and replacing a second-story deck, utilizing composite decking and installing TimberTech DrySpace underneath. This feature captures and diverts water down a drain, resulting in a dry and usable space underneath. Clients can now use their new space and enjoy their beautiful water view!

Swindle Cove job site coming along great! All stumps have been removed and are being hauled off this week. As you can see, one of the stumps holes almost swallows Joe! We are prepping for the shops location, driveways and utilities.
