Our project team and self-perform crew have been hard at work keeping things moving forward at the Hoh Highlands project for the Hoh Indian Tribe! Two lots are now vertical and sheathed, with roofing underway on the first two homes this week. Rough-ins and siding are scheduled to begin next week as construction continues to progress!

A huge shoutout to our dedicated team members who are spending time away from home. We appreciate your hard work, commitment, and the pride you take in everything you do!

Meet Clark Pro Contracting (CPC)! 💪🔨

CPC is Clark Construction's in-house, self-performing construction team. Acting as a subcontractor on our larger projects, CPC also supports our Service Department, completing smaller construction projects, remodels, and other specialty work.

Recently, our CPC crew at a custom residential project on Bainbridge Island tackled one of the largest and heaviest window and door deliveries we've seen! With oversized windows, massive doors, and plenty of heavy lifting, the team came prepared with a plan and worked together to get the job done safely and efficiently.

A huge shoutout to Archie, Carlos, Clark, Rob, Brian, and Kayla for their hard work and teamwork. We're proud of our CPC crew and all they do!

Today, we honor the Native nations whose lands we build on and the tribal partners who have trusted us to be part of their communities. Working alongside tribal governments, leaders, and community members has taught us so much about stewardship of the land, building for future generations, and the importance of honoring traditions and cultural heritage.

To our tribal partners, thank you for your continued trust and collaboration. We're proud of what we've accomplished together and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that will serve your communities for generations to come.

🎉 Project Complete: North Kitsap Service Center!

We’re excited to announce the completion of the North Kitsap Service Center, recently celebrated with an Open House and official ribbon-cutting event!

The completed project includes a new Road Operations Facility, providing additional space for the equipment, tools, and materials needed to safely and efficiently maintain County roads. It also includes a new Household Hazardous Waste Facility, providing North Kitsap and Bainbridge Island residents with a safe location for household hazardous waste collection and temporary storage before proper disposal.

A huge congratulations to our project team, trade partners, and everyone involved for the hard work and dedication that went into bringing this project to completion. We’re proud to have been part of delivering a facility that will be a valuable asset to the Kitsap community for years to come!

This week is Construction Su***de Prevention Week — an important reminder to raise awareness about the mental health challenges facing our industry and the role we can all play in looking out for one another.

Construction is built on teamwork, and that extends beyond the jobsite. Check in on your coworkers. Check in on your friends and family. Speak up when you’re struggling, and make space for others to do the same.

There is help. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

We continue to be impressed by every detail of this custom waterfront estate and how thoughtfully it has been designed with its surroundings in mind. As the project comes together, you can see how naturally it fits within the landscape!

It’s all in the details. 👏

Our crew at the Quinault Wellness Center has been doing some incredible finish work, including this beautiful cedar ceiling. Each board was hand-selected and thoughtfully placed to vary the grain across the clearstory, turning the installation into a true piece of craftsmanship.

Huge shoutout to Brian, Randy, Jason, Tyler, and William for the care they put into every board. Great work, team!

We’ve been lucky to have Dakota and Carter on our team over the past three months through our summer internship program. Every day they showed up eager to learn, worked incredibly hard, and looked for every opportunity to support their teams and gain hands-on experience. Their work ethic made a lasting impression, and we have no doubt they’ll be great additions to the construction industry.

A huge thank you to our project teams as well for taking the time to mentor them and create meaningful learning opportunities throughout the summer. Investing in the next generation of builders is something we’re proud to do.

Thank you, Carter and Dakota! We can’t wait to see what comes next!
