Behind every successful solar project is a team you don’t always see but absolutely can’t do without.

Our crews out on the job sites are the backbone of what we do. They’re the ones showing up early, staying late, working through the elements, and making sure every system is installed safely, correctly, and built to last. Exciting progress on one of our most impactful projects yet!

At the end of last year, our team successfully completed a solar installation at River Valley Health in Lenoir City, TN. Now, we’re proud to be moving into the next phase, bringing energy storage into the mix.

We’re currently working on our largest battery installation to date, along with the solar tie-in that will help maximize system performance and resilience. Recently, we completed trenching and conduit installation from the building to the battery pad, and we’re now wrapping up conduit work at the pad itself.

This phase of the project is being overseen by our Mechanical Foreman, Vincent Streeter, whose leadership is helping drive efficiency and quality every step of the way.

This project represents a major step forward in delivering reliable, sustainable energy solutions for our partners and we’re just getting started.

Last weekend, we wrapped up our annual company retreat. This was a time for us to come together, reflect, and map out what’s next. Through strategic planning sessions and fresh ideas from every corner of the team, we fine-tuned our goals and strengthened the connections that move us forward.

Three key takeaways from this year’s retreat:
1. The importance of coming up with a game plan before you start any task.
2. Individuals will see things differently. It is important to keep an open mind and listen.
3. Our team members are the foundation of who we are. They are the difference and what truly sets us apart from everyone else.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a true retreat without a little friendly competition. This year, our team took on the Mountain Challenge at Maryville College . An outdoor team building experience that definitely brought out everyone’s competitive side and reminded us what we can accomplish together.

A huge thank you to Velocity Advisory Group members Dave Fechtman and Mike Walsh for joining us and helping sharpen our vision and direction. We’re more excited than ever and can’t wait to show you what we have in store for 2026!
