Specialty Paving and Grading is HIRING for A CREW LABORER!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, specifically in grading and possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled laborers a to join our grading crew. Experience in grade checking is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Perform grading and excavation tasks according to project specifications.
• Assist with various labor tasks as needed, including shoveling, raking, and lifting.
• Experience in grade checking is a plus.
• Always follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a laborer in the paving and/or grading industry.
• Proficiency in operating equipment.
• Experience in grade checking is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
