🚨 ZIP TIES ARE NOT STRUCTURAL SUPPORT. We said what we said.

This Prescott gate hinge had been surviving on hope and a plastic zip tie doing a job it absolutely did not apply for. 😅

We cut out the mangled section, rebuilt the damaged steel, and welded that hinge back where it belongs, solid, aligned, and ready to do gate things without a backup plan from the hardware aisle.

Stop calling it "good enough." 🔧

We know you're busy. We know it's "just a gate." We know the last guy said it'd hold. But that phrase is why your trailer gate sounds like a dying goose every time you hit a bump in Prescott Valley.

If you're a rancher who's ever watched a gate sag because someone used "whatever was in the scrap pile"... we see you. 😤

Mild steel is fine for a mailbox. Your cattle pens? Different story. One monsoon and that budget metal starts waving the white flag.

We just wrapped a job in Chino Valley where the old gate was made from recycled bed frame, looked fine for about 6 months, then it was a permanent smile. Replaced it with proper structural steel that'll outlast the fence posts.

Here's the short version:
• Gates and heavy equipment → structural steel
• Decorative pieces → mild steel or wrought iron
• High-traffic ranch gates → schedule 40 pipe minimum

We were welding up a custom steel lily for a client in Chino Valley when their neighbor wandered over, coffee in hand, fully convinced we'd pulled it out of a catalog. Nope. Scrap, A torch, and a guy who refuses to admit when something's "good enough."

That's the thing about signature pieces, they start as a sketch and a prayer, and end up as the one thing everyone stops to ask about. Whether it's a horseshoe tree or a gate that looks like it belongs in a fantasy novel, we love making metal do things it has no business doing. 🔥
