Work is definitely more fun when you have a boss who knows how to laugh, have a good time, and make everyone feel appreciated. You’re not only a great boss, but an incredible person who makes coming to work a whole lot better!

Employee Spotlight: Nick Wilson
Mr. Wilson!! Details matter in this business and Nick Wilson doesn't let them past him! There's not a print he can't read or a fit he can't fit. He's our resident problem solver! He's been with JLC Fabrication for many years and he is a big part of what makes us stand out in the industry.

In his free time, Nick is a rock hound and loves to spend time on the desert. He loves hunting, fishing and everything outdoors.

Time for an employee spotlight.

Today's spotlight is Dusty Safley.
His name is Dusty but his welds aren't! Dusty Safley is part of JLC's core crew and has been with JLC Fabrication from the very beginning. As one of the originals, he stuck by us through all the growing pains and has become a go-to man in the shop. He is reliable, highly skilled, and has a "we don't mess around" attitude.

You think you got to work early? Chances are Dusty clocked in before you did.

In his free time, Dusty loves to be outdoors with his family. He enjoys camping, hunting, and riding in the hills on his side-by-side. If he's not outdoors, he's usually in the garage mastering one of his many hobbies.
