I would like to go on record, to note the commendable job that your company Cozzens Construction performed here in Washington D.C. at City Center, for the Dior project, during the second half of the year 2015, for IBEX construction. As the executive superintendent for IBEX, I was with Cozzens from layout to turnover, and believe that I am uniquely qualified to comment on the outstanding accomplishments executed by your firm, in order to successfully complete this project.

This was a difficult highly detailed project, that demanded extreme attention to detail, and that is exactly what Cozzens delivered. Your foreman was one of the best that I have worked with, he possessed the ability, to see ahead and be able to identify deficiencies in the design, in order for us to ask for clarifications in advance, thus allowing us to avoid these issues from becoming an impact to the schedule. In addition when the design team struggled with certain issues, his experience and imagination, allowed him to often supply solutions that were adopted by the design team, and were integrated into the completed project.

Your mechanics were expert, and professional in all phases of the work, and all of them executed their individual roles at a very high level. The entire Cozzens team is a great example of a highly professional team, from top to bottom, and you should be very proud of the team that you have assembled. It was a pleasure to work with you, and I would do so again without hesitation.
