Solid Knotty Alder Doors were custom stained. We also added a custom header trim panel with farmhouse trimming throughout the house.

Pella windows came with unfinished pine jambs that were also stained to match the window casing.

Prepping the concrete for LifeProof LVP flooring. Main Rooms/Hallways were done in Heirloom Pine and Bathrooms were done in Bexar Marble.

The whole house from the great room to side door was one full run no transitions except under the door of the bathrooms where the secondary flooring began.

Visker House is getting LP SmartSide Lap Siding, trim, fascia and soffit. LP Smart Side is an engineered wood siding that looks great, ease to install and lasts a long time. We will be doing a transition at the soffits to vertical(board/batten) siding and then a accent gable peak which will match our posts and front door.
