Cleaning trial: A manufacturing company needed to remove cured liquid urethane from rubber and steel parts. That is one tough soil to remove! Our team at the Rocky Hill Tech Center went to work looking for the best cleaning solution for this company. 24 hours in a 100% by volume ArmaKleen™ Paint and Ink Remover bath at 150°F in a Spray Under Immersion Washer did the trick. All that hardened urethane was removed without damage to the substrate! https://www.armakleen.com/cts/tsr-16-p-043

Cleaning parts with blind holes can be such a chore! The time it takes to manually clean a part with blind holes can be immense and return results that don’t meet company cleaning standards. How frustrating! Making the switch to an automated aqueous cleaning system may save you time, labor dollars, and will thoroughly clean those parts, inside out and out, every time!

Case Study: Sustainably Clean!

A manufacturing company that makes metal machine parts that was also looking for a sustainable cleaning option sent us steel brackets and guides for a cleaning trial. These parts had cutting fluids, grinding swarf, and oil on their surfaces. Our team used 5% by volume of Bio 24 in both a spray under immersion and ultrasonic parts washer. With either parts washer, the steel parts were cleaned in about 15 minutes!

A trucking & transportation company needed to tackle one of the toughest soils out there – baked on carbon – along with other contaminants. Armakleen’s M-100 BCR (Baked on Carbon Remover) was one of three aqueous cleaners that came out on top during the cleaning trial we conducted for them. The team at Rocky Hill Tech Center also discovered there were multiple options regarding which kind of parts cleaning technology could be used in this application. Isn’t it awesome to have choices?! https://www.armakleen.com/cts/tsr-17-ap-075
