Our design-build team is excited to present another completed custom Villa home! This modern coastal GEM was so fun to build! Just shy of 2,000 square feet, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept floor plan, 4 season porch, and a rear covered deck. This is single level living at its finest! (Note: Kitchen island pendants are on back order, but you’ll want to follow along so you don’t miss them when they’re installed!)

Builder walk through! With walls sheetrocked and painted you can really get a good feel for the open concept floor plan and square footage of these custom Villa homes. Features: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 4 season porch, spacious kitchen w/center island & w/i pantry, in floor heat thoughts house & garage, approximately 2,000 finished square feet. Next up: Doors, cabinets & flooring. We’re excited to see all 3 come together!
