Construction continues on phase 2 at The Coop at River Road as the crew begins footing installation. Every successful structure starts with a solid foundation, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.

New project at Captain’s Quarters is underway!

The existing building has been cleared, and construction is about to begin on a new event space along the Ohio River.

Built with 20-foot cast-in-place concrete walls, the new structure will include a riverfront patio, bar and event space, two main-level restrooms, and second-floor storage. Designed to complement the existing property and The CQ Princess, this addition will create a unique space for events with one of the best views in Louisville.
