We’re a growing wireless tower construction company looking for motivated Tower Foremen and Top Hands to join our team. If you want to grow with a start-up, lead crews, or set the pace on the tower, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Climb and work on towers up to 500+ ft.
Install, maintain, and repair antennas, lines, and tower structures.
Lead or support crews with rigging, hoisting, and site work.
Ensure strict safety compliance (fall protection, OSHA/ANSI standards).
Read/interpret construction drawings and customer specs.
Train and mentor newer crew members.
Travel as needed to project sites.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years tower climbing experience (Foreman: 3–5 years with leadership).
Strong knowledge of rigging, hoisting, and wireless carrier standards.
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus); must be able to travel.
Safety-minded, reliable, and motivated to grow with a new company.
