Nicholas began his career at RAE within the Coils division, building a strong foundation in our products, manufacturing capabilities, and customer expectations. He later expanded his experience in RAE’s Technical Systems group, working closely with customers and partners on custom-engineered HVAC-R solutions requiring system-level thinking and precise ex*****on.

This unique blend of coil expertise and custom system experience positions Nicholas to effectively support customer needs, collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive disciplined, sustainable growth for the Coils business.

Blazik Perez, Beau Parsons, and Evan Jones bring fresh energy, talent, and passion to the Coils Division, and we’re excited to have them on board.

Beau Parsons
A recent graduate of Oklahoma State University and former RAE Marketing intern, Beau is now continuing his journey as an Account Manager (Ext. 176) in the Coils Division. He’s passionate about learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact as part of a team that’s building something great.

Blazik Perez
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Blazik joined RAE eight months ago after graduating from OSU with a degree in Biology. Now living in Broken Arrow, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and going to the gym. He’s excited to continue making a positive impact in his role as Account Manager (Ext. 219).

Evan Jones
As Sales Director (Ext. 165), Evan leads the strategic sales efforts for the Coils Division. He brings deep industry knowledge and a drive to deliver exceptional results, mentoring his team and ensuring RAE continues to exceed expectations in HVAC and refrigeration solutions.
