This is the first day at our new location. OH, my goodness. Install going on with service calls this afternoon. I have to say that putting 3000 sq ft of equipment, office set-up into a 1200 sq ft building is going to be a challenge. But it will work...... I'll be adding photos (to blow your mind).
We pray for a wonderful, full, blessed 2026 to each of you.
Richard and Earlene Bradshaw
This photo was taken in Guatemala in 2019, we were on a well- drilling mission trip.

It's been months since we posted anything. I'm sorry. I have ignored my personal Facebook too.

But we do have an announcement to make today, December 26, 2025.

WE ARE MOVING LOCATIONS, BUT WE ARE NOT - REPEAT NOT - GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.

We have been at this location since 2013, leasing the building. We certainly don't need this big space, and it's time to find a smaller building.

We still offer the same equipment, sales, service, and warranties.
We still install ductwork, HVAC equipment, restaurant equipment, and vent-a-hoods.
We still service residences and businesses, and still do remodels and new structures.
We still clean ducts.
We still offer free estimates.

Our name is still Air Heat Systems, LLC, our phone is still 918 825-5100. Our new mailing address is PO Box 262, Pryor, Oklahoma 74362.

So, if you hear someone say, Bradshaw's Air Heat Systems is going out of business, please tell them we are NOT going out of business. We are moving to a new location.

If it is 90* out your A/C should easily reach 70* inside without the a/c working completely overtime and causing problems such as excess humidity. If you have you A/C set to a temperature that makes that differential more than 20* you will likely run your unit all day long and still not quite reach those desired temps. this becomes a waste of $ on you end by over using your system that was not designed to accommodate what you are trying to do. A good rule of thumb is during the hottest days when the dial reaches 100* it is best to set your A/C to somewhere between 75 & 80 degrees. In addition, make certain that your A/C is properly Maintained to eliminate the possibility of losing efficiency and $

Hey, Friends with Rentals. We have had several calls regarding units that are not wanting to come on. When Richard arrives, there is often a lot of pet hair on the coils, or the filters are clogged and have not been changed. This is causing major issues, of course. Now is the time to get that Preventive Maintenance calls done Before turning on the Units. Give us a call, we'll be happy to help before the expense gets higher on repairs and or utility bills.

YAY! The Bradshaw's are back from Vacation. Had a great time at the capital after their youngest son graduated from Liberty College.🥰 We are ready to get back to work. ~ How much can an A/C drop the temp. in your home? Your A/C is designed to cool a max. of 20 degrees from the temp. outside. Pretty simple math. If it's 100* outside, and you're getting 80* inside, your A/C is doing it's job. It is running at its peak efficiency. If Not? Try calling us for service with a smile and the knowledge to keep your unit going till it can't go any longer & keep you as cool as your unit can for as long as it is able.

The rainy season is here🙄at the End of April. We should still get those May Flowers and hopefully some Great weather for getting those outside units cleaned up and ready for the Hot temperatures. a coming. Cleaning the leaves and debris out of the cage outside will help your system run smoother naturally, but there are other performance secrets that Mr. Bradshaw will have me put in the post.
We hope these brief posts will be Helpful and encouraging that Your HVAC System is doing all it can do for You and Your family and if Not, you will know of a trustworthy HVAC Comp. to call, Air Heat Systems 918-825-5100

Praise God We Got Rain! I Hope you got some much needed moisture. We may be in for a scorcher this summer, don't wait to have Richard come check your A/C for when it gets hot he can't run fast enough. Perventative Maintenance is always cheaper of course but before the Heat of the Summer, it is just easier to get on the list to keep you cool.
Another thing to consider are the Prices of Equip./Freon. It seems we can order equip. and almost before it gets to us it may have raised in cost. We can't control the market but things are changing and Richard is always Fair and Honest. This is why he has had some customers for 40+years. Give Us a Call for questions and service today.
