I can't believe it's been a year since I did this basement! I chipped up old tile on the floors, we textured the upper half of the walls and painted ceiling and walls. I also put dow the vinyl snap and lock floors.

Almost done with the Buffington rental, it looks so much better, and we installed new Hardie backer behind the tiles so that this doesn't happen again!! Time to seal the tile, trim it out, and paint the walls!
