We successfully rebuilt three panel hitches using 3/4 inch plate and 1/2 inch material, incorporating new 60,000 lb hitches to enable substantial towing capacity. Our comprehensive refurbishment involved removing all existing cracks and compromised material, which was then replaced with new material. To meet manufacturer specifications, we drilled numerous holes with a mad drill to accommodate the fish plates and double plating, adhering strictly to procedure. This meticulous approach yielded satisfactory results for the DOT inspection. Additionally, we installed new panel hitches on four trailers. For one trailer, extensive repairs were required, involving cutting off the front section and rebuilding it. I am currently proceeding to drill new holes.

We recently completed a custom gate project for a landscaping company, featuring southern-style property gates. The large sliding gate measured 28ft in length and 8ft in height, while the two smaller double-swing gates stood at 6ft 5in tall and 14 ft long . We recently completed a project in Colorado Springs fabricating a 125 psi airline using schedule 40 pipe in 4 and 6 inch sizes. The project involved a total of 13 welds utilizing a downhill welding process with 6010 1/8 root and 7010 hot pass and cap. Additionally, we installed pipe hangers from joist, butterfly valves, gaskets, and flanges. This collaboration with Pueblo Welding showcased the success of two companies working together to deliver quality work in a timely manner, prioritizing safety and efficiency. It was a pleasure to work alongside another company, ensuring the job was completed to the highest standards.

This week's project diverged from typical welding tasks, focusing instead on constructing a 12x50 raised garden bed that required some dirt work. Tasks included drilling holes, setting posts, and assembling the wood framework. The bed was then filled with 40 tons of fresh dirt and 20 tons of manure.

Happy Friday!
Hope everyone is ready for the weekend. We got the new rig truck 95% done. 2011 RAM 3500 Laramie, one owner truck! We bought this about five months ago, built a custom bed for it, primer and rhino bedliner and 100% new wiring for marker lights and tail lights done by Wright Choice RV. A ride suspension followed by a ranch hand front bumper. Also had Optimal Diesel go through the truck and do a new front seal and deep transmission pan, added a transmission cooler personally and fully deleted this truck. Got some new welding lead and lead reels by Aluma out of Canada and Oxygen Acetylene reel from Villy K. Plasma cut the wife and kids names for the back of the truck and mudflaps.
Lots of work has gone into this, but it’s nice to finally be out of the mobile trailer set up since the original 2007 Cummins had a catastrophic failure after 8 years of service. Few more small things to finish up on the truck, but she is in full mobile action.
Big thanks to everybody who helped! Including Anthony Pacheco and Christian Torres for all the help to make this thing come alive.

I hope everyone is doing well. Here are a few highlights from our recent projects, including a small 6-inch pipe pup we had the opportunity to weld on a water distribution trailer, several small brackets on a wood CNC machine, and some structural welding work in Denver, CO, demonstrating our ability to handle a variety of tasks to stay busy.

We're approaching the weekend with three more tasks to complete this week. Our current projects include crafting a custom table for a joint rolling machine destined for a dispensary in Pueblo West, fabricating a receiver hitch for a truck, and performing an aluminum tank repair for a customer with a broken baffle inside the tank.
