Oscar Meyer
Oscar was My beloved rag cat. He was my longest “employee” at American Wiping Rags. He was a dear & cherished companion. It was friendship at first sight when I rescued him from the former Animal Services on Stockyard Rd. here in Pueblo. He was only 2 years old when I adopted him. He was the very first cat I rescued when I came to Colorado, I lost my former cat Vern, so I went into the former Animal Services building for therapy and there he was. He lived a healthy life and was a prince: I wish my other rag cats would’ve taken lessons from him. I will forever treasure the 17 years of memories that I had the pleasure of creating with him. He will be greatly missed. Oscar sunset: November 30, 2018. Sleep in Peace my faithful friend.
