Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. (TCFC) is pleased to announce that James Larson will become President of the company, effective September 1, 2026. James currently serves as TCFC's Chief Operating Officer, a role he has held since March 2025, and brings more than 30 years of manufacturing and operations leadership to this appointment, including prior roles as President of Cass Precision Machining and Chief Operating Officer of both King Technology and AmesburyTruth.
James succeeds Michael McCann, who has served as President for the past five years. Through his retirement in February 2027, Mike will move into a Board Advisory role, continuing to support the leadership team with a focus on key customer relationships and business development, including within TCFC's growing data center segment.

This leadership transition reflects a succession plan that has been in development for the past two years, and positions TCFC for continued growth across its core and emerging markets.
