✨ Meet Jeff ✨

Jeff Stevens serves as our IT Manager for the Village Companies and has been part of the Village family for over 5 years! Jeff is responsible for the reliability, security, and ongoing modernization of the organization’s technology infrastructure. In this role, Jeff leads the planning, implementation, and support of critical systems including network infrastructure, servers, storage, cybersecurity initiatives, and communication platforms.

⭐Favorite part of the job:
“My favorite part of my job is solving complex problems and building systems that improve how our organization operates. I enjoy working through technical challenges, designing a reliable infrastructure, and finding ways to make processes more efficient and sustainable. Equally important to me is helping the team develop the skills and confidence to solve problems independently. Seeing a well-designed solution come together, both technically and operationally - is one of the most rewarding parts of the role”

✨ Fun fact:
For over 25 years, Jeff has been playing in pool leagues with the same two friends. He has also recently started playing in a golf league.

🏡 Outside of work:
You’ll find Jeff spending time out on the water, whether it's open water or frozen over. His fiancée is also an avid angler, which makes it even more enjoyable, as long as she stays warm.

🥤 Go-to snack:
If loving pistachios is wrong, then Jeff is a hardened snack criminal - serving a life sentence with nothing but a bowl in hand and a trail of empty shells behind him.
