✨ Meet Aidan ✨

Aidan Stary serves as the Safety Coordinator for the Village Companies and has been part of the Village family for over 1 year! Aidan is responsible for supporting the day-to-day safety functions across The Village, helping ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.

⭐Favorite part of the job:
“My favorite part of the job is collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve work environments. I enjoy finding ways to make employees' jobs safer, easier, and more efficient while supporting overall operational success.”

✨ Fun fact:
Aidan enjoys spending time with his yellow Lab, Gunner. Since bringing him home in April, Aidan has been training him for duck and pheasant hunting. Gunner, who turned one on June 15, loves riding in the back of Aidan's truck and making trips to Timberlea for a pup cup with Aidan and his girlfriend.

🏡 Outside of work:
Outside of work, Aidan is most likely either in the woods hunting or out on the water fishing. Just don't expect him to share his favorite spots, he's known for keeping those locations a closely guarded secret! Whether he's chasing the next big catch or enjoying time outdoors, Aidan is always up for an adventure. And if you're looking to elevate your next hunting trip, he'd probably tell you to order a Maverick hunting blind today!

🥤 Go-to snack:
When it comes to favorite snacks and drinks, Aidan isn't quite sure what tops his list. What he does know is that Super Ron's is the place to be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, thanks to their $2 pizza slices and always-tempting specials. He'd also like to give a special shoutout to Rob at the deli, for keeping the good food coming!

💬 From his leader, Kayla Beardsley:
“Aidan has been an incredible addition to our Safety Team. He brings a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to helping create a safer workplace. His reliability and teamwork make him a valued resource for both our department and employees across the organization.

Aidan, thank you for your dedication, positivity, and the many ways you contribute to our community. We especially appreciate your hard work and commitment as our Safety Coordinator, helping to keep both employees and residents safe. We are grateful for all that you do as an employee and valued member of the Village team!

✨ Meet Jeff ✨

Jeff Stevens serves as our IT Manager for the Village Companies and has been part of the Village family for over 5 years! Jeff is responsible for the reliability, security, and ongoing modernization of the organization’s technology infrastructure. In this role, Jeff leads the planning, implementation, and support of critical systems including network infrastructure, servers, storage, cybersecurity initiatives, and communication platforms.

⭐Favorite part of the job:
“My favorite part of my job is solving complex problems and building systems that improve how our organization operates. I enjoy working through technical challenges, designing a reliable infrastructure, and finding ways to make processes more efficient and sustainable. Equally important to me is helping the team develop the skills and confidence to solve problems independently. Seeing a well-designed solution come together, both technically and operationally - is one of the most rewarding parts of the role”

✨ Fun fact:
For over 25 years, Jeff has been playing in pool leagues with the same two friends. He has also recently started playing in a golf league.

🏡 Outside of work:
You’ll find Jeff spending time out on the water, whether it's open water or frozen over. His fiancée is also an avid angler, which makes it even more enjoyable, as long as she stays warm.

🥤 Go-to snack:
If loving pistachios is wrong, then Jeff is a hardened snack criminal - serving a life sentence with nothing but a bowl in hand and a trail of empty shells behind him.

💬 From his leader, Chad Pigeon:
“Jeff’s dedication to excellence shows in the way he takes ownership, follows through, and consistently works to deliver strong results for the organization. His leadership and support of key initiatives have made a meaningful impact across the Village. Jeff brings strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and a clear commitment to doing things the right way, on time and within budget. We appreciate his accountability and adaptability he continues to bring to his team and the organization.”

Jeff, thank you for your commitment, positivity, and all the ways you contribute to our community. We’re proud to have you as part of the Village!
