Ullmer’s Dairy Equipment was founded in 1991 by Francis Ullmer with the single purchase of a bulk tank, which he then sold in his very own front yard. The inventory consisted of a wide variety of cheese-making equipment located conveniently in Northeast Wisconsin. After 22 years, Francis retired and passed the family business down to his oldest son, Paul. Paul kept up the tradition of buying and s
elling used/refurbished equipment, but was always looking for new and better ways to meet the growing needs of his customers. It was then decided to open a fabrication shop by means of creating new and improved, high-quality, food-grade, all-American made stainless steel equipment, built to the needs of each individual customer. Ullmer's Fabrication, consists of a talented design team and fabricators who specialize in cheese-making equipment. Although we specialize in cheese-making equipment, we also service wineries, breweries, maple syrup companies, honey-makers, universities, and so much more. We take pride in knowing there isn’t anything Ullmer’s can’t do when we set our minds to it. Capabilities include:

- T-65SS T-drill Capable of pulling precisely flared holes in pipe & tubing
- Pipe- ¾” SCH 10 up to 4” SCH 10 ⅜” NPS up to 1½”
- NPS Tube- 1”OD up to 4” OD, wall thickness up to 0.120” thick ¾” OD up to 2” OD
