At William Ryan Homes, Susan brings more than 21 years of homebuilding experience to her role as Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing communities across Florida.
Coming from a family rooted in construction, homebuilding has always been part of Susan’s story. While her late father believed she would have made his best superintendent, Susan found her true passion in sales, leadership, and helping families find the perfect place to call home.
What she loves most is seeing the life that happens after closing day — the memories made, traditions created, and homes filled with personality and purpose.
Susan’s leadership style is centered around encouragement, positivity, and helping others discover what drives them to succeed. In addition to her work in homebuilding, she has delivered TED Talk presentations and is currently finishing a book designed to help guide and empower homebuyers through their journey.
Originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Susan is married, co-runs a vintage resale business called Red’s Treasures with her sister, and is a proud dog mom to Buddy, who has become a familiar face around the communities she supports.
Her passion, energy, and people-first leadership continue to leave a lasting impact on both the William Ryan Homes team and the homeowners we proudly serve every day!
