🔨 **ROOF RESTORATION — PHASE 2**

After the **chemical cleaning**, you can really see what we’re working with.

Now we’re into the next stage — going over the roof surface, seams, and problem areas and getting everything properly prepared before the coating and waterproofing work moves forward.

Good roof restoration is all about the prep. You don’t just cover up the problem — you clean it, inspect it, repair what needs attention, and build it back the right way. 💪

👉 **Follow along — Phase 3 is coming next!**

🔨 **ROOF REPAIR IN PROGRESS!**

Another project underway by **Hewitt’s Home Improvements LLC**.

We’re working on this **low-slope roof section**, getting the existing surface cleaned up and prepared so the repair can be completed properly and tied back into the surrounding roof.

Roof problems don’t get better by waiting — catching leaks and damaged areas early can save a lot more work down the road. 💪

🔨 **ANOTHER HEWITT’S HOME IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT UNDERWAY!**

We’re into the **tear-out and repair stage** on this home — removing the old soffit and fascia, opening everything up, and getting the roof edges and framing prepared before the new work goes back together.

This is the part of a renovation most people never see, but it’s where doing the job right really matters. 💪

More progress to come on this one!

🩰 **FINISHED DANCE FLOOR — PORT CHARLOTTE!**

This one came out great.

We took an existing garage space and turned it into a **custom dance room for our customer’s daughter**, complete with finished walls, flooring, trim, and a layout designed so the **garage door can still function properly**.

From waterproofing and framing all the way through the finished room, this was a fun project to see come together from start to finish.

🤣 **THE JOBSITE INSPECTORS SHOWED UP EARLY THIS MORNING…**

Apparently they couldn’t agree on who was in charge. 🐦🐦

No tools out yet.
No work started.
And we already have our first argument of the day. 😂
