At our 115 South MacQuesten Parkway project in Mount Vernon, NY, our team is delivering geotechnical solutions for a mixed-use development with three residential towers and ground-level retail.

This site presents unique challenges: tight logistics, contaminated soils, cobbles, utilities, and adjacent buildings requiring underpinning. To address these, we designed and installed a drilled soldier beam and lagging support of excavation system and micropiles to support the foundation

Our crews are maintaining safety, productivity, and coordination every day on site, keeping the project moving forward and our client satisfied.
