Summer 2026 building season is upon us! Our crew is still working hard to catch up with local renovation and repair projects to help our wonderful community, but we hope to get to a couple new builds soon. The first is for a private homeowner in Putney, the second is our long-delayed speculative 3 bedroom home in Brattleboro. The 2 bedroom "cottage" at 53 Hickory Ridge Rd is temporarily off the market pending some repairs and improvements. Town of Putney recently approved the subdivision so that it can be sold independently of the old Hickory Ridge House, making this a nice starter home for a young family or a cozy single-level home for older folks! (It has recently been an AirBnB, and before that was part of the Bed & Breakfast business next door.) Stay tuned...
