New carpet and added some built ins. A new fireplace and tile but was able to save the mantle.

Here are some before and after for a kitchen update. New full height top cabinets. Skins on the existing bottom cabinets and kept the countertop to save a little on the budget. New subway tile backsplash for a more modern look and and added a wine rack.
