Absher Construction Company

Absher Construction Company Success on our projects is determined by many factors—team synergy, safety and quality, as well as budget and schedule performance.

Every Absher project is multi-faceted—with goals as varied and individual as the clients, community members, developers, government agencies, architects, subcontractors, end users and stakeholders who are passionately invested in them. Ultimately, though, Absher’s success lies in building the trust of our clients and developing long-term relationships with them.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the strength that comes from embracing different perspectives, experiences, and identities.

At Absher, we believe everyone deserves to feel respected, valued, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. Creating a culture where people feel welcome isn't just the right thing to do—it's essential to building strong teams, meaningful relationships, and lasting success.

No matter who you are, where you come from, or how you identify, you belong here.

Happy Pride Month.

We wrapped up Safety Month 2026 this week with a focus on fall protection and reinforcing the importance of preparation, awareness, and accountability on our jobsites.

Week 4 was led by our trade partners Designed Groundwater Services and Earthworks Solutions, with support from ACME Construction Supply Co., National Safety, FallTech, Dunlop Industrial Hardware, and Local Laborers Chapter 292. Teams participated in a Tabletop Emergency Management Plan Drill and hands-on demonstrations highlighting the real consequences of falls while working at heights.

To close out the month, employees were also encouraged to involve their families through an Absher activity packet and coloring contest initiative.

Thank you to all of our employees, trade partners, vendors, and safety teams who helped make Safety Month 2026 a success and continue building a strong culture of safety.

Week three of Safety Month at Absher focused on preventing caught-in/between hazards through hands-on training, demonstrations, and open conversations across our jobsites.
Crews participated in presentations covering psychological safety and mental health, heavy equipment awareness, tool safety, ladder and electrical safety, and fall protection inspections. Teams had the opportunity to learn directly from industry partners including WSU, Star Rentals, Selland Construction, Total Rentals, Makita Tools USA, Whitecap, Baxter-Rutherford ICF, INC, FallTech National Safety, and Pivetta.
From equipment demonstrations and lift safety technology to hands-on fall protection inspection rodeos, the week reinforced the importance of awareness, communication, and proper training on every jobsite.
Thank you to all of our partners, crews, and safety teams who continue making safety a daily priority and helping ensure everyone goes home safe.

This week, Absher’s Safety Month focused on one of the most critical jobsite risks—electrocution hazards. We brought together industry experts to share insights and reinforce the importance of staying vigilant when working around energized environments.
A big thank you to Shield of Armor Safety and Nuuco for teaming up with us to deliver impactful discussions on the real effects of working near voltage—reminding us all that even brief exposure can have serious consequences.
We also appreciate Milwaukee Tool and Steele Electric for walking our teams through the cautions, warnings, and proper handling of electrical equipment, helping ensure everyone is equipped with the knowledge to work safely and confidently.
👏 Shoutout to our incredible crews and safety department for their diligence, commitment, and daily efforts to keep our teams—and our jobsites—safe. Your dedication makes a difference every single day.
