KLOVER is seeking a Sheather (Shop Carpenter) who is expected to apply exterior sheathing and other materials as specified to welded wall panel frames.

Essential (Core Competencies) Duties
- Move bundle of drywall and/or exterior
sheathing materials to the drywall
station with forklift (if necessary)
- Obtain the required dimensions for the
piece of material being cut.
- Place material onto the routing jig.
- Remove material from the jig and place
onto the wall assembly.
- Accurately measure, cut, and screw
drywall to welded metal frames.
- Install v***r barrier to panels in which
they are specified.
- Install insulation to panels in which
they are specified.
- Move wall assembly to the shipping
bay for offloading.

Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working
with carpentry tools and building
materials.
- Knowledge and understanding of
construction safety devices and PPE.
- Participation in a secondary or post-
secondary trade curriculum. (preferred)
- Proven experience as carpenter
- Hands-on experience in working with
carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of carpentry
techniques and methods of installation
and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and
manual equipment and measurement
tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers
etc.
- Ability to read technical documents
and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines
at all times
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good physical condition and
endurance

Work Environment
The work environment will consist mainly of heavy work in a manufacturing environment. There may be some exposure to seasonal humidity and extreme heat over 85 degrees, excessive noise, and some vibration associated with the use of tools and equipment. Some hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, caustic chemical, and slippery and uneven walking surfaces exist.

Work Schedule
Daily Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with additional hours as needed. There may be a need for an employee to work additional hours or overtime, based on the project needs.

The Welder position is responsible for the assembling and welding of interior and exterior wall panels for commercial buildings. Welders will be primarily responsible for MIG welding of light gauge and structural steel on interior and exterior wall panels for commercial buildings.

Essential Functions:

- Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Gather and collect materials.
- Accurately measure and cut miscellaneous materials.
- Perform panel layout in accordance with drawings.
- Pre-assemble panel components in preparation for weld.
- Perform welds (mig) to ensure panel stays secured.
- Attends welder training.
- Assists in other departments when needed

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ year MIG (gmaw) welding experience (can be a combination of pre or post-secondary vocational education in welding and work experience).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Trade school/vocational education in construction/carpentry and/or commercial carpentry experience.

KLOVER is currently seeking entry-level Assemblers to join the manufacturing team at our shop located in Quakertown, PA. I. General Summary of Position

The Journeyperson Carpenter exists to build, install, and repair structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

II. Essential (Core Competencies) Duties

Accurately measure height, width, length, and other proportions.
Basic material take-off to ensure proper material selection and quantity needed.
Perform proper layout for work to be put in place.
Move building materials to proper workspace.
Work with materials such as wood, metal, plastic, fiberglass, and/or drywall.
Utilize appropriate tools and materials to build or repair structural components.
Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and lasers to ensure everything is level and secure.
Check work along the way to ensure it meets specification and quality standards.
Work with light-gauge and load-bearing steel framing for building interior partitions, soffits, exterior framing, and curtain wall construction.
Build and/or install windows, roof systems, stairs, blocking.
Cut, hang, and install drywall with minimum waste.
Install all types of ceiling grid systems (standard, slotted, and specialty products).
Install millwork and casework.
Install doors, frames, and hardware.
Install bath accessories and in-wall blocking.
Install exterior sheathing.
Install insulation.
Always exercise the proper use of PPE.
Set up and safely use company equipment.

III. Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED
Participation in a secondary or post-secondary trade curriculum
3+ years’ experience field carpentry experience
Knowledge and experience working with commercial carpentry tools and building materials
Knowledge and understanding of construction safety devices and PPE

IV. Work Environment

Carpenters work indoors and outdoors on many types of construction projects, with varying degrees of exposure to the elements. This may include extreme heat (>85 degrees for longer than one hour of exposure), extreme cold (
