What an egg-citing weekend at the Ventura County Regional! 🦆🚀 Team 5869 dove in headfirst, putting in countless hours of hard work, teamwork, and dedication to take on every challenge that came our way. From intense matches to ducking into the pits for quick fixes, we stayed determined and gave it our all.

A huge thank you to our mentors, sponsors, and everyone who cheered us on—your support keeps us afloat! And a special shoutout to for lending us a hand this weekend—your generosity truly embodies the spirit of FIRST. No matter the results, we’re waddling away proud, inspired, and ready to make an even bigger splash at the Aerospace Valley Regional! We can’t wait to get back out there and keep the momentum going! 💛💪

Hola ❤️! Week 4 has come to an end! Our team has continued working hard and learning all they can! Understanding and building the robot has helped our team become closer to one another! We are so happy to see everyone working together and can’t wait to see more next week 🐥

Bonjour 🥖! Week 4 went by really fast! We continued working on the robot with a lot of our team members practicing on the laptops! They practiced coding as the media team continued to work on the Impact summaries! Hope to see you on next weeks update 🐥

Welcome to week 2 🎉! This year is our first year using a swerve drive! Our lead electrician, Kevin, began preparing the electronics for the swerve drive. We were able to finish the chassis and mount the belly pan at the end of this week. Our media team also continued to work on our Impact summaries. While the programmers researched code for the swerve drive and mechanisms. The Aqueducks are off to a great start this new year!

Thank you to everyone who visited us last Saturday 👻!! We hope you all had a wonderful time at the trunk or treating event and we hope to see you again soon! It was amazing to be able to work with the volunteers from the Quartz Hill Food Chamber. We even got to meet with Girl Scout Troop 1352 who also shared the duck mascot! 🐥
