A good friend sent me an AI generated image and asked if I could do something similar for a father's day gift for her man. We made some changes from the original design and this was the end result. 5 layers of 16 gauge steel. I used a stud welder to keep a clean fastener free look, with exception of the name plates. This is the most intricate sign I have made so far.

Finished up this 16' gate. 1.5" main frame with 5/8" verticals and 5.5" pickets. Durable powder coating.

This was a fun project. The customer was building an electric bike out of an old KX65. At first I narrowed the swing arm of the donor electric bike to fit the KX frame.....no pictures unfortunately. Then after his battery and controller arrived we needed to figure out how to squeeze everything in. Some slight modifications to the frame, a custom battery box and controller mount got everything setup just how he wanted. The final result is a pretty unique and I guess crazy fast mini bike.
