Capital Renovation Co. is growing and looking for reliable, mid-level experienced workers for residential & light commercial projects AS WELL AS experienced subcontractors who are looking to grow and/or take on more volume.

If you’ve been in the field a few years and know your way around a job site, we want to talk.

🔨 What you should be able to handle:

• Basic to intermediate carpentry

• Remodeling tasks (framing, trim, installs, bathrooms, etc.)

•Demo and job site prep/cleanup

•Working independently as well as keeping pace with a crew

💪 What we’re looking for:

• Shows up on time, ready to work (tools are a bonus)

• Takes pride in clean, solid work

• Doesn’t need constant redirection and/or supervision

• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

• Has reliable transportation and NYS Driver's License

💰 What we offer:
