We jacked the basement beam up about 2 1/2 inches and put a new beam underneath it to hold l the weight so they can cut the existing beam out in certain spots to run new plumbing up to the second story
We also did little garage roof out in Salem the spikes and wire ran across the roof are lightning bars. They ground the house and garage out in case they get struck.
