In an old house always expect unexpected. In this case we have two pieces of half inch angle iron welded together with a steel rod welded to them going all the way up to the ceiling ties in the attic. It’s Being held up by two tilted 2 x 12. That angle iron is carrying all the weight of the second story.Time for the engineer come out. We also replaced the center beam in the basement with a 3ply 11”1/4 lvl

We are ready for sheet rock on our Queensberry project
It took a total of nine 30 yard dumpsters and a couple dump runs with our 7 x 14 dump trailer to completely remove everything out of this home.
Our crews have been working hard to fix major structural issues due to water and multiple fires.
We have also installed all new plumbing and electrical throughout the entire home along with a heated bathroom floor.
