There is a break in the waterline at the corner just before Gatton Creek. Right now, we are able to supply water to our system. The plan is to make repairs Sunday morning-afternoon. This means there will be some interruptions of service from Gatton Creek west tomorrow.

There was a break in our water line at the Forest Service Houses by Willaby. The Company hit the line while installing the conduit for a Fiber Line. There many be some discolored water for a while at that end of the system from the work to repair the break. The water should be back to normal after a short while.

Our annual meeting was held on Saturday, July 12 11-1:15 at the Salmonhouse. Official (unabbreviated) minutes available upon request. Actions included:

1) Election of officers: Dave Morrison and Mike Schaefer were unanimously elected to new terms. The Board then elected Mike as the new Secretary. Round of applause and kudos to outgoing board member and Secretary Bob Corbett for his many years of service.

2) Adoption of the Treasurer's report and budget. We have $150k in CDs as our reserve account, $30k in our checking account and another $12k in our savings account. We are anticipating about $40k in revenue and $35k in expenses.

3) Extended discussion of potential repairs in the year/years ahead as well as the need for some long term planning.

- Treasurer Jon Fayth is going to investigate financing/debt options available to us as we need to step up to overdue and costly repairs in the years ahead.

- Secretary Mike Schaefer is going to investigate drafting an RFP for a consultant to develop a replacement plan with costs/timeline that we can use for potential bank financing.

Key long term issue is the need to revamp our management structure as we are unlikely to get another 40+ year board member like Dave.

4) While we agreed we can meet anytime, we established our next official meeting would be on a Saturday in June 2026.

Any and all comments/questions or concerns are welcome.

Submitted. Mike Schaefer
