We're building strong foundations that will support Pennrose Companies' new seven-story building in , 95 Everett! 🏗️📈

This new multifamily development, totaling 99,000 SF will include 88 affordable units, amenity spaces, a leasing office, bicycle storage, and ground-floor shell space for future retailers. Unlike traditional large-scale residential communities, 95 Everett will feature six townhouse-style units, where residents can enter their home directly from the sidewalk.

This structure will feature high-performance, energy-efficient components in construction, contributing a sustainable urban housing option to the rapidly growing community.

This adaptive reuse will convert the 71,000 SF historic church into a vibrant, mixed-use community. Featuring 55 affordable housing units across the existing structure and an upcoming rear-facing addition, the development will also hold community and performance space dedicated to young artists.

On March 31st, members of the team attended the 3DE Case Study Showcase at Dr. Albert D. Holland Tech High School, where 9th graders presented solutions on a real-world case study! 🧑‍🏫🍎

After participating in coaching sessions and providing first-hand feedback, it was rewarding to see the students implement their own ideas and solutions into their final presentations.

3DE, an initiative by Junior Achievement, equips students with the relevant and experimental education needed to prepare them for the complexities of today's ever-evolving industries.
