Next up in our Building Strong All Summer Long series: MaryEllen McCormack Redevelopment! ☀️
This project is making impressive progress, one floor at a time. The brick façade is now complete, and the final elevation of staging is coming down, revealing the building’s finished exterior. Installation of the metal panels and lap siding is well underway, while crews continue sitework with curbing and electrical infrastructure.
Inside, the first floor is nearing completion, and floors two through five are receiving their final finishes. On the roof, ductwork is being installed and connected to the building’s units, while the geothermal system and water heater room are taking shape in preparation for startup.
With so many moving pieces happening at once, teamwork and coordination are key. The crew is keeping the project on schedule and building strong all summer long!
