Traser, LLC HVAC and Electrical Central Service, LLC was founded in 2014 by Bryan Wolf. In summer of 2018, property was purchased from the Kepferle Family Trust.

Mathan Wolf soon joined the company in the spring of 2015 and has been instrumental in the success of the company. Over the years, the business has steadily grown to meet the needs of Gove County and the surrounding areas. Bryan worked over eight years as an electrician for Countryside Electric prior to starting Central Service where he applied his electrical experience and expertise to the HVAC i

ndustry. The company has managed to build a knowledgeable team, who share the same passion for serving others. The company’s goal is to serve the local communities in an ethical, honest, and dependable manor, and to become the premier HVAC and Electrical company in the area. Although it has always been known as Central Service, LLC many things have changed for the company over the last couple of years. In March of 2018, Countryside Electric was acquired from Nathan Bowman, of Collyer which increased the need for a bigger facility to operate the company. The property, which has a long history of providing business services to the community, was formerly known as Bob’s Repair. In the fall of 2019, West-con Construction started renovations to upgrade the property for the unique needs of Central Service LLC. After the renovations were complete, the business was moved to the new location at 7211 HWY 40. With a new location the team also decided on a new name for Central Service. They uniquely combined two words to form their new name which combines Trade Services into Traser. We are changing our name to help rebrand our company after all of the changes in the last couple of years, comments Betsy Wolf. Traser will still provide all the original services including HVAC Service & Install, Electrical Service & Install. They also build their own custom duct work for HVAC projects. The same friendly faces you are used to seeing from Central Services will still be there plus a few new ones! Got cats or dogs? Your furnace filter may be picking up A LOT of dust and shed fur! If you have indoor pets, take a few minutes to change your filter this weekend, and change it every 60-90 days thereafter to keep your furnace and A/C running efficiently!

‼️ For educational purposes ‼️

If you are having issues with your HVAC system after installing a new filter - Please be aware of the thickness or Merv level of that filter. Thicker isn't always better. Most of the older HVAC systems cannot handle those thick fancy filters.

🚫 If the filter packaging has a coupon for an HVAC service call you need to reconsider your purchase! It might actually save you the cost of a service call.

In leau of the high temps this weekend. Check and change your air filters in your furnace to help your systems not work so hard to cool.
** Do not use anything over a merv 10 filter in most systems here in the Midwest. Merv 5 is the best for most older systems. The higher the merv rating to more filtration happens leading to lower air flow and will mimic a plugged filter which will lead your system to freezing up. Your filter will have it displayed on the filter somewhere saying what rating it is.

If your unit does freeze you will see ice on the lines going to your condenser outside. If that happens pull out your filter and turn your fan from auto to on on your thermostat for an hr to thaw it out.

Also, check and change those thermostat batteries.
