This was an old R-22 system that was utterly struggling to keep up. The return duct was pulling air from the attic and the outdoor unit had a leak. We installed a 3 ton Mitsubishi hyper heat split system. It’s a 100% efficient down to 5 degrees outside. Customer also got all new ductwork.
