Due to our growth we are hiring for a route jumper position !!!

What You’ll Do:
• Assist route drivers with deliveries and pickups
• Jump in to cover routes when drivers are out
• Help load and unload linen, mats, and towels
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Keep routes organized and running efficiently

✔ Friendly and personable with customers
✔ Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

We are seeking a Route Driver. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a valid driver's license (CDL not required), amust be at least 23 years of age , clean driving record, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to perform physical work. Excellent customer service skills, a personable demeanor, high energy, and a positive attitude are essential. This is a Monday through Friday position with a starting pay of $20 per hour. HMT Industrial Laundry is looking for a dependable and motivated Route Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering clean linens and mats and loading and returning soiled items. You’ll be the face of our company on the road, so a strong work ethic and reliability are a must.

🛑 CDL is NOT required for our trucks – standard license is fine.

• Must be 25 years old (23 at the youngest with excellent record – insurance requirement)
• MUST have previous driving/delivery experience
• Must maintain a clean and organized truck environment
• Reliability is critical – If you call in once or twice a week, please don’t apply
• Must be physically able to load/unload linens and mats
