In a quaint two-car garage in the rear of his property, E.C. Styberg, Sr. began his tool and die business on October 1, 1927, with his first product being a cake knife attachment.

We may no longer dabble in kitchen appliances, but nearly 100 years later, we are still carrying out the values and ingenuity of our founder in transformative ways.

2027 is our Centennial Celebration, so you can be assured there will be plenty of cake in honor of this incredible milestone for our company but also to honor how it all started!
