We have many competitors throughout the US and parts of the world. Some are touting that they are less expensive than we are.
I understand how companies now tend to look at the bottom line more than they do quality. I have been in this business now for 42 years and it was instilled in me right from the start, you build cheap, you can expect a lot of service calls and angry customers.
We support our equipment no matter how old it is. We have had requests for replacement parts for systems over 25 years old. 25 years and still working!? I am proud of how long our systems operate and how few calls we get for problems or failed parts.
We do get calls for replacement parts, but many times it has to do with lack of maintenance or understanding of how our systems operate.
We carry a large assortment of pumps and other parts for our filter systems so customers can stay up and running. We may be small, but our customer service outshines many of our competitors that are much larger than we are.
Just because initial costs may be less, over the lifespan of the filter system, what is the actual cost in service issues and downtime?
