Earlier this month, members (some past, some present) of the United Mechanical team had the opportunity to attend the United Association's annual Instructor Training Program (ITP) at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The ITP brings together nearly 2,000 instructors, future educators, and industry leaders from across North America for a week of advanced training, hands-on learning, and collaboration. From emerging technologies and updated training standards to welding, rigging, pipe layout, and safety certifications, the program is dedicated to keeping our industry's workforce at the top of their game.
We're proud of our team members who represented United Mechanical and continue to invest in professional development that strengthens both our company and the skilled trades as a whole.
And of course, a week of hard work wrapped up with a well-earned steak dinner! 🥩
