With all the ice and snow, our service trucks can’t get around. I’m getting stuff loaded into my personal truck to go take care of a couple customers in Radcliff and E-town. Please check on your friends, family, and neighbors to see if their heat is working. I’d be happy to stop by while I’m out. Just a reminder that I won’t be in my service truck so will be limited in parts.

ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS WITH HEAT PUMPS!

With the impending weather moving in tomorrow, friendly reminder to switch to emergency/aux. heat setting on your thermostat, if we get the freezing rain/ice that they are forecasting for. Freezing rain and ice can potentially damage your Heat Pumps. Running on emergency/aux. heat uses your electric or gas backup heat, but keeps your heat pump from running and could save on costly repairs! Ice built up on fan blades can damage the fan blade, motor, or coil. Please remain in this setting until the ice is gone and have verified there is no ice on top/fan blades of your heat pump before switching back to regular heat mode. Thanks again to all of our customers and I hope everyone has safe travels over the next couple days!
