From November 4–7, Michele attended the XVII Mutagen Conference held in Natal, Brazil.

She presented her research in poster format titled “Reengineering Alizarin to Reduce Its Mutagenicity: Toward Safer Application in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Dyeing.”

This work was carried out in collaboration with the Ecotoxicology and Genotoxicity Laboratory at UNICAMP, under the supervision of Dr. Gisela Umbuzeiro.

Congratulations to the organizers for such an inspiring and well-organized event!
