Within the next couple of months we will be starting the second project at Briarwood, which is a 3 floor garage. This garage will include a man cave on the third floor with a church bell, shipped all the way from Philadelphia, a bar and a connected breezeway. On the second floor there will be a workshop and the first floor will be a 6 car garage!!

This week we started demoing our new project, Tatton. For this project we are fully remodeling the kitchen, powder room, and master bathroom. Then shifting the garage forward and expanding the kitchen area overtop of what used to be the garage. We are incorporating a new laundry room & a new back entry mudroom.

We are still framing this beautiful sunroom at Briarwood. The room is vaulted and opens to the cupola on top. It features a curved roof/barrel ceiling over the doorway onto the courtyard. Next up is installing the window!
