After a frustrating water loss this amazing family is happy to be back home with their new floors. We were able to safely pack away all their belongings, tear out the damaged sections, sand the floors using our dustless sanding techniques and finish with a beautiful stain that showcases the natural finish of the wood. I personally love the way natural wood looks on this home. With our process and products you don’t need to worry about the floors yellowing later so they will be sure to enjoy these floors for years to come!

NextGen was able to replace the damaged areas and completely sand and refinish the entire floor leaving these homeowners with a beautiful new look.
