Site work has begun at Fuquay Commerce Center. 🏗️

Located at 1175 -1275 NC 42 in Fuquay Varina, this planned industrial park sits near the Highway 55, Highway 42, and US 401 interchange.

The development will feature four Class-A industrial buildings totaling 369,600 sq ft, designed to support multiple tenants. Each building will include 32' clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, concrete tilt construction, and dock-height loading.

Building 1 will total 129,600 sq ft with a 180' building depth, while Buildings 2, 3, and 4 will each be 80,000 sq ft. We're excited to see this project take shape.

This 64,000 sq ft project will feature a four-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility. Located at 3075 Lufkin Road, the site offers convenient access to US-1 via Ten-Ten Road. We’re excited to see this project nearing completion.
