Perez home improvement & hvac remains open and running service calls to homes and businesses. During this time, we want to make sure we keep both our customers and team members safe.

In most cases we can troubleshoot equipment from outside, in a crawl space, or in attics and basements with minimal or no face to face contact.

Our repair quotes can be emailed for approval in order to obtain electronic signature.

During a repair you may be asked by a technician to speak via phone or video and we may ask that you help control the thermostat inside while we are stationed at the equipment. We ask that you work with us so that we may provide the services needed while doing our part to limit physical interaction.

Our online invoice portal is available for you to pay online.

We will be following cleaning protocols recommend by CDC and state agencies including wearing gloves, wearing masks if needed, and disinfecting work areas in the home or business and in our trucks after each call.
