Yesterday, Dale and our Progressive commercial team completed a major HVAC installation for one of our commercial customers—installing five rooftop HVAC units totaling significant building-wide climate control capacity.

The project included:
Two 4-ton rooftop units
One 6-ton rooftop unit
One 7.5-ton rooftop unit
One 12.5-ton rooftop unit

Another successful commercial sewer repair completed by Progressive Plumbing, Heating & Air !

Our team at Progressive Plumbing, Heating and Air recently responded to a commercial property experiencing a major main sewer line clog that required immediate hydro jetting service. When a main sewer line becomes blocked, it can affect the entire plumbing system and quickly lead to sewage backups, slow drains, foul odors, and costly downtime for businesses.

After arriving on site, the technicians at Progressive Plumbing, Heating and Air began jetting through the clean out and discovered the clean out connected directly to a private manhole that was completely full of water. A pump truck was called in to pump down the manhole so the sewer system could be properly inspected and cleared.

Once the water was removed, we located a massive grease clog approximately the size of a 5-gallon bucket blocking the sewer line. Our team broke apart the grease blockage and performed professional hydro jetting on the outgoing sewer line to fully restore flow throughout the system. After clearing the line, the pump truck contents were discharged back into the manhole to test the repair, and everything flowed properly with no further issues.

This is a perfect example of why routine sewer maintenance and hydro jetting are so important for commercial properties. Grease, sludge, debris, and buildup inside sewer lines can eventually create major blockages that shut down plumbing systems and lead to expensive emergency repairs if not addressed early.
