I had been enrolled in a month to month maintenance program with a company I will not name, but was highly dissatisfied. Fortunately, a friend gave Kevin Jensen a high recommendation, and this was at a time when my air conditioning had completely stopped working. He solved the problem quickly and was able to make sure it was covered under the warranty. I feel confident in having them on my HVAC team. I look forward to Kevin coming by each time my heating or air needs to be seen to. You will not be sorry you’ve made a change to Five Star ."
